The murphy bed was actually very comfortable

Staff were friendly and property was clean with great amenities.

No air conditioning in the room and no air flow either! Property did make a good effort to offset this by putting an extra fan in the room. that being said, no mention on the website or any where in the booking process that there was no AC. Made sleeping at 90 F rather challenging. Would not have booked the property if I had known this.

Definitely an excellent lodging choice for a couple or family. Spacious condo unit with a fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. We also loved the indoor parking under the building. The ski shuttle and hot tub are just icing on the cake! We will definitely rebook here next time we are in town!

First impressions are everything, this place was not impressive at at all!!! Curbside check is a joke, I don’t understand why they have it, I guess it’s to keep people employed. They basically look at your ID and then ignore you. The girl at curbside looked at our id’s then told us to pull forward. We pulled forward and waited. After waiting a while I went and asked the girl if someone was coming out and she said no I thought I told you to go inside. She didn’t tell us to go in, and if she saw us just waiting there why didn’t she say anything to us. What is the point of the curbside check in? Check in is at 4pm, we got here at 3:55pm and our room wasn’t ready. I understand I was asking for a favor since I got there 5 whole minutes before check in time. We were told we would get a text when our room was ready. We were waiting in the lobby and then more guests show up and were given their rooms. When I asked about why we couldn’t get a room yet we were told that they manage 4 different properties and apparently bookings through Orbitz are given the lowest priority, at least that was the impression I was given. We were told our room was still being cleaned. If check out is at 11am and check in is at 4pm I’m having a hard time understanding why the room wasn’t ready? After going back and forth and becoming more annoyed we were finally given a room. An hour later I received the text that our room was ready. The staff here seems to have a great lack of communication.

There was no air-conditioning. This was not made clear on the website when we scheduled the room. Otherwise facility was nice but it was miserable at night. Hot smoky outdoors and terrible indoors at night. Couldn’t sleep.

Loved the kitchen. Air conditioning would have been nice.

They didn’t have a frying pan. Everything else was great!

The location was perfect and the property was kept very well. The pool was fantastic and we were very comfortable in our room. We would have liked to have had a rollaway bed, but they were not available. We asked if we could upgrade to a two bedroom for this reason and any changes had to be made through the one 800-number, not the front desk. This was a little inconvenient but we may do with our one-bedroom.

There was not an elevator ( we were on the third floor) and the WiFi was not very good. The rest of the things were great. The shuttle to ski was good also

My wife and I had a nice stay at the Village. It was a reasonable drive to downtown, had a nice balcony and a spacious room. We used one of the hot tubs on the grounds and we were lent a basketball to shoot some hoops on their basketball court. We enjoyed our stay

Very clean room, staff was very friendly. Overall there was nothing to complain about.

Loved everything about it. Great place has everything you need it's like your get away home.

I apologize. We try to counter act that there isn't a way to say NO AC on the internet site with an email that should have gone out to you after booking. This way those that wish to change their plans can. I am glad you enjoyed the facilities despite the temp.
