Spend your Steamboat vacation at Sunsational Views, located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs! This very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with a premium, corner location boasts Mt. Werner views and a spacious wrap around deck with a southern exposure. The sophisticated, mountain contemporary finishes accentuate the open floor plan, while keeping the feel very cozy and comfortable! Beautifully updated throughout including high end fixtures and finishes, vaulted ceilings, fantastic wood flooring and cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless appliances and warm paint colors. Located on opposite sides of the living space, both bedrooms feature king beds, ceiling fans, and TV's, and both have private, spa style bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has deck access as well. To round out the sleeping options, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Air conditioning throughout will ensure you stay cool during the hot summer days and a gas fireplace in the living space will keep the cold winter nights cozy warm!

The possibilities are endless! In the summer, you can enjoy your morning coffee and the stunning Mt. Werner views from the deck, then walk down to the Farmer's Market or go for a hike along the Yampa River. Wintertime amenities include a ski locker at the base to store your gear and proximity to the free city bus stop to take you there!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
