Sunlight is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with mostly all year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. Being respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood is essential and required. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding! Due to a change in ownership in August 2023, this home no longer accepts pets.

There is a 2 car garage and room for 2 more cars in the driveway, parking on the street overnight is restricted in the winter. No RV's and trailers allowed!

Air Conditioning: Please note that this property does NOT have air conditioning. Steamboat Springs typically has cool evenings, and opening the windows at night and closing them during the day helps keep the home comfortable.
