We liked the location. Easy access and no issues with parking. The split AC was a blessing during a heatwave, but be aware that there is no AC in the 2nd bedroom. It stayed fairly comfortable by leaving the AC running in the living room and keeping the bedroom door open. Also be aware that there are almost no "extras" in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and 2 or 3 spices was all there was. They left coffee for us but no sugar. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property

My true rating for this property is 4.5. The property is great, location is top notch, space was really good for 4 people, beds were very comfy (and we loved the recliners), and we definitely got use of the hot tub and the fireplace. Overall no complaints with the space. The only reason I want to deduct .5 a star is because honestly the management/owners didn't supply any cleaning sponges so it was difficult to clean the pans, and there were also no extra paper towels except for the little left on the roll. Also be aware that unlike every other short term rental I've ever stayed in, they seem to clear out all the oils/spices/foil that other guests normally leave behind so you need to make sure to bring all that yourself. And if you're used to a higher standard of cooking stuff, make sure you bring your own!

This is a very comfortable and well appointed condo. Great location, super comfortable furniture and beds, nice and quiet, and a perfect location in steamboat. We come to steamboat a lot and we now plan to stay at The Lodge when we visit. Vacasa does a great job managing their condos. They check with you to make sure everything is good and the condo was so clean and everything worked. Fantastic!

Great spot for our family ski trip!!

We enjoyed this home! It was a great spot for our family. We loved being able to walk to/from the ski village and slopes. It was super convenient to get into town, too. The place was well-appointed, and it was super cozy. The hot tub was a nice perk after a long ski day, too! The staff was responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed it all!

We thought the condo was clean, updated and well appointed. A big downside was no a/c and it was a hot week! We ran the fans, but that only slightly helped. It still got pretty warm overnight. Good location, but the amenities (pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts all were a bit run down).

Wonderful spot!

My family of 4 (plus our one year old) absolutely loved our stay. Great layout, wonderful natural lighting, easy 5-10 minute walk to the base. Fans, tons of extra linens, and well stocked kitchen made our stay smooth. No A/C but left the windows open at night and closed it up in the day and the place stayed SO cool! Highly recommend. We will be back!
