Beautiful Property, Great Location

We enjoyed the July 4 holiday with family. Plenty of room for everyone and great location, nicely furnished and very well equipped. The reason for a 4 vs. 5 star rating is the partial air conditioning situation. When we booked the reservation we were told the property is fully air conditioned. It is not, and the inside temperature was 85 degrees upon arrival, and was consistently in the upper 70's in the afternoons. (The listing now accurately states the partial AC, so it has been corrected.)The after hours phone line was also incredibly unhelpful when we needed early checkout/departure information before the Retreatia office opened. There is no remote check in or check out, you have to go to the Retreatia office during their business hors, FYI.
