Perfect for a family ski holiday

We loved the accommodations. We’ve been coming to Steamboat for decades and this became our favorite place to stay. It had everything you would need for a family of four with two young kids. Great location with easy access to the mountain. We will be booking it agains for our Spring Break next year.

This house was the perfect spot for my family’s summer mountain vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious, and was stocked above and beyond with everything we needed. The house is in a beautiful and convenient location, and my kids absolutely loved the pool on property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

Delightful home

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homestead 1470 in Steamboat Springs. It was quiet, clean, well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and everyone bedroom had a bathroom with huge showers. I highly recommend staying here. Would definitely choose to stay there again. We were offered a late check out which was a added bonus

Beautiful Home

This home was great for our multi generational family ski trip. It was spacious and plenty of room to hang out. Convenient garage with code entry to go in and remove skit boots and helmet and jackets etc. The gondola wasn’t too far to walk to that takes you to the base.

Fun couple of days

On our way to the airport heading home we decided to return and hope to have the very same experience! Our location was phenomenal, the shuttle service was spectacular and all of the people were so kind! We had wonderful restaurant experiences as well. 10 out of 10! Great home to stay in, if you can, if you're in Steamboat Springs! Enormous amount of interior space, well decorated and a very nice feel about the entire rental experience. The three bedrooms/bathrooms were more than enough for us (only two people)...our other family members had already made other plans for other locations. If we would ever come back to Steamboat, this would be our first choice because of location, price, cleanliness and experience. All was Good!

The view is amazing from the main room and master suite. The gondolas are close to the deck. The kitchen, lighting, and bathroom fixtures were top shelf. The overall feel is peaceful and we didn’t hear anybody else thru the floor or walls tho we know they were there. Very restful experience. There was plenty of room for 2 couples to relax and enjoy their stay.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Clean, well stocked, great location. The only problem was the batteries, in the remote for the fireplace, were no good. We replaced them ourselves, it was just easier to replace them than calling for help.

A good option for staying in Steamboat.

The house had some issues upon check-in and had to call maintenance to let us in the home due to the keypad out of battery. The heat in the house was also not working, requiring the company to bring space heaters to heat the residence during our stay. Management was helpful and the place fit 5 adults comfortably. Very close to lifts.
