– Parking – Reserved parking for 1 vehicle per reservation in the open air parking structure. Parking for additional cars is not guaranteed in winter months. There are multiple parking garages around the base area for paid parking for additional vehicles Please inquire if you have more questions.
– Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. It’s off of a main, flat, plowed road but winter weather conditions are abundant in Steamboat for 6+ months of the year.

Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect.
