Spring Break

We were a total of 7 adults (2 families with 3, 17+ year old kids). kids enjoyed the ability to spread out and had several locations to hang out (including the foosball table which was a popular spot). Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room was very convenient. We never walked to the slopes but the drive was short. Convenient to dining and shopping options as well.

Great home base for a Steamboat trip

Comfortable condo conveniently located on the bus route. Easy to get to the ski resort or downtown. Plenty of space to hang out and relax after a day on the slopes. Unit was a bit difficult to find initially, and the keypad deadbolt on the front door was a bit sticky, but once we figured that out, it was smooth sailing.

Great location for a multi-family stay

Booked this property for a New Year's Eve get together with two other couples, both with 2 young children. The layout of the unit really helped to keep the kids busy nearby in their own space while the adults were able to spend time in other quieter spaces. The multiple options for sleeping arrangement were also great.

Great location, quite, spacious and clean.

Great location, parking was very limited, we had 4 vehicles, only two allowed at this location. Management gave no leeway even though it was off season and there was plenty of parking available. This place was clean, and spacious. we enjoyed our stay.

Mountain Magic Softball Tourney

Part of our softball team stayed here with the coach! It worked great for us all to be spread out in between downtimes with games. We really enjoyed having the kitchen and many different spaces to relax in. The girls had a great time.

Family GetAway

Just home from spending three nights at this property with another family. We stayed with our three kids between the ages of 7-9 and the house worked for us with the split levels giving everyone their privacy when needed/wanted and the downstairs was great for the kids. Location is right on. The home is over all clean however I think the property owner should be aware that there has been some serious neglect to culling, organizing and taking note of kitchen appliances. The cabinets are so full with so many dishes (enough for 20plus people) that the dishes are not used often enough and have become dusty, dirty and smelling. The dishwasher has a sour smell as well. Kitchen could use a blender and some knives that will cut as well. Overall I would reccomend this property.

Perfect place for our family vacation, great location!

The property and location were excellent!! Our family of 6 had plenty of room with more to spare. Very short drive to the ski resort and downtown. Lots of snow when we arrived and my kids enjoyed being able to step out the back patio to play! We had a wonderful time and plan on returning soon!

Stayed Here for FASEB Conference

Was traveling to Steamboat for a FASEB conference and brout my family along. So, my family and two colleagues stayed here for 5 nights. This property is perfect for groups that might need multiple spaces where different activities can go on at the same time. With multiple living rooms it is very versatile. The property is a little dates, but it is in very good shape and it is very clean. For us the location was great. It is just about a two minute drive from the Steamboat Grand where they hold FASEB Conferences. For everyone, there is a free shuttle stop just in front of the main entrance which can take you to the slopes or downtown. Very convenient. Turnkey was also great to work with. They gave us clear instructions on how to enter the property and made check-in and check-out easy. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Happy Family reunion guests!!!

We had a great time at this property thanks to the space and all of the extra chairs available. We rented 3 units at the Harbage complex and were able to gather out the back patio with enough space for 27 adults and children. This unit is very convenient to the swimming pool and parking. The fuzzball table was a hit! the refrigerator space was perfect. We will think of this property for future stays in Steamboat as its walking distance to Mt Werner and all the fun activities going on there,
