You’ll enjoy passing the time at the some of the area’s most desirable attractions, including world-renowned winter sports spots, steaming hot springs and scenic mountain trails.
The Mount Werner Water district in Steamboat Springs is planning a construction project for June–Oct. 2022. The construction will take place along the north side of Hwy 40. It will run the length of the south side of the property at The Village at Steamboat Resort. Detours to access the resort will be in place at times throughout the duration of the project. Additionally, construction will be visible and audible to guests staying on property. Dates are subject to change.
The 2BD Deluxe units range from 1077 - 1140 sq. feet and come with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed OR 2 full beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Comes with a full kitchen (complete with an oven, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans, enough to cook basic meals), 2 full bathrooms, balcony/patio, 3 TVs (one in living room and one in each bedroom), fireplace, jetted tub, washer/dryer in unit, hairdryer, in room safe, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Good location for a summer visit
This is a great location for a summer visit. It’s a really quick drive up to the ski resort and a short distance from the river for tubing or fishing. The pool area is large enough to accommodate lots of people but could use more shade. There is a smaller pool attached to the office building. Our unit was super clean and the air conditioning worked great during a week when the temps were in the 90’s. There is a grocery store about 1/2 mile away. We would definitely stay here again.
