From our condo, you can walk to the ski base (and nearby parks/trails, including the Yampa Core Trail that is great for running!), plus the free city bus picks up less than 100 meters from our front door! Onsite amenities include multiple hot tubs, pool, BBQ grills, picnic tables and playground!

Fine

Location is great, comfortable and was good enough for what we were looking for. The day before we arrived, we were told that the recliner was broken (nice to do) but nothing offered as a concession. There was no coffee there (unusual) but all else was fine the owner nice and responsive.
