My place is located a short distance from the Heavenly Ski Resort Boulder and Stage Coach Lodges. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail https://tahoerimtrail.org/maps-trail-info/. The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

Beautiful views, private hot tub, and deck, gas grill, beautifully decorated home, clean and organized space, high speed very reliable wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen with Nutri bullet and waffle maker and Illy's espresso maker, shower/bathtub combo, cozy master bedroom upstairs with brand 🆕 master bathroom.

I stayed here for my 50th birthday. The place was beautiful, and Omar was very nice and helpful with places to go.

Perfect place for skiing at Heavenly.

Tom’s place was clean, well organized, cozy and comfortable. We cooked dinner every night so it was nice that the kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, oils and utensils. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities; soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues etc. There were also lots of games, puzzles and books! Tom was very responsive to our inquires about the check in process and very communicative in general. The condo is a 5 minute shuttle ride to the Stagecoach and Boulder lifts at Heavenly. We had a couple of amazing days of skiing and boarding, and it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub on the terrace which also has a very nice view facing East. Check out was easy! We were just asked to wash or put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it and they would take care of everything else. Tom also offered late check out (12:00) which we didn’t need but it was nice to have the option.
