Hotel staff very accommodating. Rooms clean. Convenient location.

Window AC makes noise. Just an average hotel to jump into bed and get out next day. Also if you plan to go to state college from the hotel, roads pretty winding and you have to be used to drive on those mountain road. If you have work in state college better to pay extra bucks and stay in state collge

we were in a softball tourney at Philipsburg, hotel was 6 minutes from the fields. the room smelled clean. the bathroom could of been a little better, no outlet to use in the bathroom, adequate room for the 3 of us. Man at the desk was very nice, always smiling. It served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower for the next day. could not beat the proximity to the fields (others stayed in st college and had to travel 45 minutes) we did enjoy our evening with the group of bikers passing through from Canada on there way to Nashville. It was nice to talk to them and no one was bothered by us sitting out front of our rooms.

and that's all that it is. I wish it were cheaper for what it is, but if you need a place to sleep overnight it will do.

The hotel was decent and the man at the desk was nice. However he couldn't find any record of the reservation I made on your website. Luckily they had plenty of rooms available so we were able to get the accomodations I'd reserved.

Friendly front desk person. A/C unit did not adequately cool room. Located outside of town, but near eating establishments and other stores.

i did not stay, this was for a friend, she said it was a nice place

the owner of this establishment was such a nice man. He was on hand anytime We needed him. We checked in at 3am and he gave us a later check-out time so that we could sleep in. We had our pets with us, and we had booked to stay in a non-smoking. But, since we had the animals, they put us in a pet-friendly smoking room(there is a $5.00 pet fee). It was stinky and dirty. I pulled one of the beds away from the wall and there was garbage back there covered with mold and bugs. It was disgusting. ASIDE FROM THAT, it was tolerable. The beds were okay, it was warm, and no one bothered us. The showers are pressured well. All in all, if I was in a pinch, I would stay here again.

disappointed that the room didn't have the promised queen-size bed but two doubles. for price, didn't quibble.

It was ok for something to sleep in. very old looking. rusty in bathroom. very 60ish

This hotel was a long way from state college. The unfamiliar roads would have been hard to navigate esp in bad weather. Light bulbs were missing in the room. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. It is located in a small town on a truck route. Semi-trucks went by constantly. We could hear the guest in the adjoining rooms. The worst part was the smell. They tried to cover with deodorizers. The smell clug to our clothing, even the clothes we left packed in our luggage. I was afraid we would pick-up some sort of parasite. Fortunately we did'nt. Its nothing more than a truck stop.

My son was playing in a baseball tournament in Clearfield and there were no rooms within 20 miles. We had no choice but to reserve the Sleep-Inn and we were really expecting the worst. We were happy to find a very clean little place under new management and currently being renovated. Our room was small but cozy, was clean and served our purpose. There is no pool or other amenities, but if you need a cheap place to stay for the night and you are not going to spend a whole lot of time in the motel, Sleep Inn is just the right place.

We were two families, we like the stay too much. The hospitality from the staff was really awesome.

Friday was ok, but Saturday we left for State Collegs and when we got back about 7 pm our beds were not made we had no towels no toilet paper and the kicker no water till Sunday morining. They did not contact anyone in the hotel and tell us about the water issue which would have been nice.
