Parking spots are tight. My car was hit over night when we went to check out the car that hit us was gone leaving no information or anything about hitting our car. Staff was not helpful in giving us information about who stayed in the room next to ours..

Better old style motel

Nice clean basic room with some upgrades in an older style motel. Baseboard heat was a plus. Reasonable pet fee. No breakfast but that wasn't important to me.

This motel is old (retro?!) and simple, but kept very clean. All the staff are friendly. It's great to have an affordable place for an overnight stop. And the towels, while not spa-luxurious, were far thicker and softer than those at a Motel 6 I stayed at recently!

Very good experience.Nice folks working there. The property is aged, but it is well kept and clean and bug-free. My only advice to them might be to oil the door hinges for a better night's sleep in rooms near the office.

This hotel has been recently refurbished inside and out. New furniture and a full remodel. Yes, the building is a 50's style strip motel, but you wouldn't know it from the remodel. Being able to park directly in front of your room is a blessing! The rooms are a good size, built solid, and no noise from outside despite being on a busy highway. Wifi works awesome, expanded cable tv, and VERY CLEAN! It's obvious that the owners truly care for this place. I travel for work half the year, and if I'm back in the area I would stay here again.

Not handicap accessible

It is not handicap friendly! I asked for a handicap room and didn't get one. I don't think they have any or don't know what it entails. From parking lot to sidewalk was a step up, from the sidewalk to room a bigger step. The bathroom was very small no grab bars, toilet was so low I had trouble and I had to buy a chair to put in the bathtub so I could take a shower. I wasn't sure if the white towels were even clean they were so dinghy. I was very disappointed. Grab bars are a huge help to a handicap person and should have them in every room for safety sake. The room seemed to be clean, didn't notice any bedbugs which was a plus. The place needs many repairs and upgrades. I don't recommend for anyone with a disability.
