Welcome to the Penn State Unrivaled stay. We are located 10 minutes from the stadium on the West side of State College. Great night stay for 4 guests. Brand new kitchen, Queen bedroom (Bed 1), couch, Sofa Queen Sleeper (Bed 2), bathroom. Basement of an existing home. Family will be staying upstairs while you stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a fenced pool.
