Get ready to relax in this brand new second floor 3-bedroom condo in Starkville. With 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, this terrific property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. Each bedroom has its own full private bath with a half bath for guests. The condo sits right on the edge of campus and is an easy 10-20 minute walk to Davis Wade, Dudy Noble, and The Hump. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.
Guest access- Coded Lock
Parking Rules- All owner and/or tenant vehicles must display the Association supplied hanging tag that will be found inside the condo. Owner/tenant vehicles must be within the lines of a single parking space. Motorcycles/motorized bikes may not be parked indoors. Motorcycles must follow all normal vehicle rules. The parking lot is to be used only for the parking of automobiles, motorcycles, vans, or pick-up trucks. Trailers, boats, campers, and any other recreational vehicles or vehicle attachments are not permitted without Association approval. Vehicles with flat tires or other conditions rendering them inoperable may not be parked on site. Vehicles without license plates, or that have expired registration, will be towed. Abandoned vehicles will be towed. Only vehicles with the legally required handicap insignia may park in handicap spaces. No vehicle may block other vehicles, entry/exit of the property, dumpster(s), fire lanes, or be parked in any designated "no parking" areas. No vehicle may park on the grass, sidewalk, or patio areas. Association may "rope off" or designate any areas as "no parking" at any time for construction, building repairs, or other purposes. All visitors must park in the designated "Visitor Parking" areas near Building 160. Visitors may not park in these areas for more than 72 hours or they will be towed. Owners/tenants may not park in "Visitor Parking" areas.
