Room was dirty jacuzzi literally had scum at the bottom. Room smelled and there were crumbs on the sheets

Hotel is very messy. There was a weird smell coming in our room. Also hotel lobby and other areas were very dirty and unhygienic. During this time of covid proper cleaning and sanitation should be top priority.

Check in was extremely unwelcoming. Upon arrival I greeted the gentlemen in the check in window. It took him a whole minute to even acknowledge me. Imagine saying hello to someone and getting no response until one whole minute later. I GUESS I AM TALKING TO THE WALL.

Nasty place pay more stay somewhere else. Not worth $78

Terrible room, terrible front desk guy, ugly and old.

Room was a great last min deal for the price and comfort and convenience.

Rooms pretty clean, under the bed was a little messy but otherwise they were nice. Hotel staff was pleasant. The breakfast wasn't great and had few selections, but again no real complaints. It was a very quiet area with stores close by and very convenient.

It is okay as a emergency. Room for asleep, for vacation of course will use another hotel.

Thin wall! We were able to hear all the noise outside environment. We saw police cars roaming in and out of the hotel. Stuffs were not friendly. Room was terrible. Hotel stay was a nightmare.

I have been coming to this hotel for awhile. Certain staff: Ms. Lynn, Andee, and Robert are absolutely great and helpful staff. But the manager on the hand is terrible. Sunday I woke up to a few bites on my arm, and I am extremely allergic to any insect bites. I reported to the front desk, they gave me a partial refund instead of a full refund. I wanted to show the manager pictures of the bed bug and the bites on my arm. He quickly said I can't tell the difference, so I told him that I will report him and I did.

Not the nicest place. Good or sleep and shelter while passing through.

Terrible Hotel to spend nights carpet smile bad ceiling floor have hols on them.

Booked this hotel a week before I came - specifically spoke with the front desk to reserve a first floor room facing the front. Was assured I would have this, yet when I arrived and had used this hotel 5 times before, this was the 2nd consecutive time they put me on the 2nd floor as far away as they could from the front desk area. I am disabled with a foot injury making walking a difficulty. They ignored my requests after stating to me that I would have a first floor room and this hotel only has stairs.

I booked the hotel thought Orbitz and I provided my credit card information, when I checked in I asked to keep that credit card number and used that for payment. they charged me twice for the same room. as it shows below, we only stayed one night and we checked out on time so I called to get a refund and the person that answer the phone barely speaks English and kept saying NO, I am still waiting for a resolution, they asked me to get my money back from Orbitz.
