Staff were great, hotel is under renovations currently. So no gym, no pool, no business center. Rooms were in very poor condition, stains on lampshades and paint splatter in bathrooms

Room was clean but oddly, the curtains were tattered and in need of repair. The hotel is in process of being renovated so getting luggage to our room was circuitous. Staff was very nice and breakfast room had everything we needed. We had our dog with us and she was quiet and well behaved. A dog was in the room next to us, who started barking at 2 am and continued off & on throughout the night. It barked continously from 6:30 on so not sure if the owner was even in the room. This was reported to the manager. Staff was very nice and breakfast

I was expecting a more updated hotel, and the only good part was the breakfast. The room didn’t even have a remote for the TV and the heat in the room didn’t even work yet to jiggle the outlet to make the AC or the heat work. Also, the bathroom of my room look like an asylum or some kind of hospital bathroom.

We booked an ADA room but arrived to find that there was no such thing in the hotel, according to the desk clerk. We stayed anyway. Then it turns out they have an ADA elevator (comically old and slow) and the room itself had an ADA-compliant bathroom complete with the wide door for a wheelchair. They're renovating, though, so it's all a little shabby.
