The room was beyond dirty. Carpet had stains. The furniture had a dried white substance everywhere. The bathroom had mold. There was hair and someone's bobby pins left on the floor. It was disgusting.

It was a disaster. Upon check-in, we were told that there was no room for us despite our having pre-paid! Then, another customer with the same problem had to help the front desk clerk with his computer. The clerk handed us a key and said, "This should hopefully work." We went to our room and the key did work, but there was another family already inside the room! We must have scared them by barging in, but we barged out quickly. At this point, we were prepared to go elsewhere but the clerk went to check another room personally and it was vacant. We couldn't sleep all night because we kept picturing some stranger coming into our room, just as we had come into someone else's. Awful experience all around. At the end of all this drama, we were promised a refund, which we have not received.

Great location, awesome staff especially Antonette. However, I was very disappointed coming here for valentines weekend. 1. Loud ineffective room heater 2. Cold swimming pool - because the hot water/heating system is broken 3. No gym- because it’s under renovation Wow. I came at the wrong time. This spoiled my weekend experience.

We booked mainly for the pool use for Valentine’s Day for the kids! Called ahead to make sure pool was open and working properly and was told yes! Got there and the pool room was about 40 degrees and the water was just as cold!

The room was clean but the microwave was broken and not able to be used. Linens were provided. Heat was adequate for the weather. Hotel is going through some renovations. Overall clean and quiet place to stay and affordable.

The two women at the front desk were excellent. Unfortunately that was about the only nice thing I can say. First room I was in smelled like smoke. There were pipes sticking out of the wall and old balloons tied to the fire sprinkler head. Second room didn’t smell. Looks like they are redoing, but with very poor workmanship. Only just passably clean. Sweeping the trash off the bathroom floor would have been nice. Right over the highway (95) and very loud. If I had the heater on, that was so loud it did block out the traffic. The pool room, which is why I chose here, was filled with all the boxes of things for the refurbishment, so could not use that. Breakfast was lack luster and tasteless. Sausage gravy in stead of actual sausages or bacon. Ugh! Then at 5:21a.m. Someone tried to open the door. Probably? Just a mistake? But scary non the less. No more sleep for me. I DEFINITELY do not recommend this hotel! Oh, and they charge you an extra $3.50 to park your car in the lot!😡
