Convenient location 2 mins of M6 Jnc 13, easy access to car park, quick check in( Aidan) very efficient, excellent room very clean great beds and shower. Superb dining area, staff helpful with Gluten Free options and Dietary knowledge. The excellent price made it a go to on my next visit to Stoke.

Everything was great about the stay, except, the bed was super uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here before and not had these issues, but for whatever the reason the bed in our room this time was super hard and had a pronounced valley in the middle. Had a rubbish night’s sleep, so not happy with the overall stay. We moved on somewhere else for the next night.
