The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.

Highly recommended. The room was clean and spacious, parking was a non issue, the staff did great making sure we had everything we needed from places to go and help with luggage. We stayed with our 2 kids ( 5 and 3 ), so absolutely great for family and/or solo.

The young couple running the place are so attentive, have lots of information and even have umbrellas, sunscreen and bug spray to use. It has great views and very walkable. Rooms are large and comfortable. It's a beautiful setting with foliage and bird feeders. Highly recommend.

A quaint 8 room hotel located adjacent to Blackbeard’s Castle on St Thomas. Owners Lyndsey and Chase, were most accommodating and friendly in welcoming us, gave us a personal tour upon our arrival and offered very helpful information during our stay. It was a downhill walk (1/4 mile) to the Historical Main Street area of St Thomas. The route took you down the famous 99 steps located next to the historical 1829 hotel. Our room was clean, with a nice balcony, kitchenette and near the pool area. Beautiful view of the area. We would definitely do a repeat stay here if/when we return to St Thomas. Thanks Lyndsey and Chase.

We both loved our stay at the Green Iguana. Service was impeccable, owners greeted us at the door, showed us around, and were all around very helpful with arranging taxis and offering recommendations for food and entertainment nearby. Highly recommend!

Hospitality was top notch. Plenty of towels and restocking of them. The owners run the place and keep it tidy and charming. There are hummingbird feeders hung to enjoy the local wildlife and a heavily planted (and cozy) courtyard space.

This is a great location. 5 min walk to shopping and dining. Room was spacious and clean. Lyndsey was super welcoming and gave us suggestions for dinner places and things to do. Highly recommend.
