So I checked In Thursday and when I arrived they couldn’t find my luggage at the airport kept saying it’s on next plane after waiting two hours I asked if they could bring to my hotel. When I booked online told me I have a resort fee of $300 to pay once I arrive When I checked in she said $800 I said for what lol. Than she lower to $400 still $100 more than I was suppose to pay. After that came to my room to calm down being I have no luggage and while in the shower the power goes off in entire resort. They passing around water down drinks for the inconvenience power was off for at least 45mins to an hour. Once that was resolved finally got my luggage. Overall I had a great time but some of the Caucasian staff where very rude to me asking if I was staying here when I clearly had a wristband on the food is horrible and over priced I traveled to get food & the hot water don’t work at night only in the morning it’s a beautiful place but overpriced

My room in the seacliff building had roaches, dead and alive. The live ones were the tiny baby roaches. I had killed 3 while my stay for 4 nights. 2 in bathroom and one on tv stand. By tv stand under display sign underneath that there was a dead big roach. For the amount of money I paid for my stay and the $75 resort fee a night is crazy. I also requested an ironing board and iron and never received it. The restaurants are also overly priced and food is not even that good. Not worth the price to stay here

Pros: The views from our balcony were amazing! Our favorite place was the infinity pool and swim up bar. The staff is very polite and informative. The rum tasting and mixology events were awesome. All the drinks were delicious! Cons: The food was just okay. It wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. Small details were overlooked and housekeeping was inconsistent - they didn’t replenish things regularly, it was clear the floors weren’t vacuumed or swept (including the hallways) and one day they just didn’t show up. The cost of things in the gift shop, including essentials, were outrageous.

The room was could have been cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and the shower needed a proper scrubbing. The AC in the room didn't really cool properly. Overall it was an okay experience.

The senic view was breathtaking, especially at night. They had several pools that were always very enjoyable. I was very pleased with my stay

Room and view was nice. But I didn’t receive the room I paid for! Over all I liked the hotel. And it do not have beach access have to go to the neighboring hotels .

Room was very clean and modern with an amazing ocean view. Staff was courteous and helpful. Convenient valet parking or taxi readily available. I surprised my husband with a trip to St. Thomas and this was our first time staying at the Westin. We will definitely stay here in the future.
