The room was could have been cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and the shower needed a proper scrubbing. The AC in the room didn't really cool properly. Overall it was an okay experience.

The facility is very nice. Our Ocean view as partially blocked by a roof parapit as we were on the 4th floor / lobby floor with the room we were provided. I would have like to change that. The images on Orbitz and the resort website show a beach front for the Westin, but it is actually over at Buoy House, their sister property, which is also nice, and you have access to it, but you are not allowed to use the pools at Buoy House. The Westin is very nice, and the views are as well, but if you are looking for an experience where you can have the beach/ocean and pool experience right next to them, and not have to go up several flights of stairs or elevator to get to the Westin pool, just know that this resort does not have that though their pictures on Orbitz or their website make it appear they do.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. I booked a garden view and got an obstructed view of the roof. I told them in advance & during that we were there celebrating a birthday & anniversary but apparently that had no baring on us getting a room with a jenky view. They texted a lot to check how your stay was going but didn't resolve any of my issues which included a period w no working ice machines & poor communication regarding getting a microwave in our room. They gave me a small credit for the inconvenience but by then we only had a could more days left on our 6 day vacay & they never changed our room. They weekend lol party & fire dancing parties were good. The prices for everything are elevated. $5 for a cola is wild & there are minimal lunch menu options. What is available is what you'd spend for dinner. You're kind of trapped on the resort with nothing in walking distance to eat. Pool and beach were nice

We absolutely loved that the hotel was built on top of a cliff with gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for all the adventures we took. The only complaint would be the restaurants lacked in options and were quite pricey for the portions. Overall we had an amazing time!

Great property and enough space for everyone to have their space. However, it is extremely expensive. The options are to eat on the property unless you want to get a cab somewhere else. Whilst there is a choice of whee you eat it's not cheap. There is a coffee shop which has everything you need but, also very expensive.

I liked the location and the views from the property. I did not like all the cats that were roaming the property, especially at the restaurants. It would have been nice to have a shuttle into the shopping center.
