Welcome to The Freddie, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal cottage in the heart of St. Simons Island. This family-friendly home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen featuring an island for three, a dining table for six, and a living room with a fireplace. Relax on the screened-in porch or enjoy the private backyard with a fire pit, perfect for roasting s’mores after a day at the beach.
The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a bunk room that sleeps five, a king guest bedroom, and a sitting area with a coffee station. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and hair dryers.
The home comes fully equipped for beach fun and outdoor adventure, including four beach cruisers with locks, beach chairs, a rolling cooler, beach towels, a beach wagon, a large beach bag, a casting net, fishing rods, and beach toys.
With room to sleep nine, The Freddie is ideal for families, friends, or small groups looking for a coastal getaway. The home is just a short golf cart ride to the beach or village and centrally located for dining, shopping, and local attractions.

Fantastic Property
We visited for Thanksgiving, 4 adults and one child. The property is well represented and even better than expected. The layout of the home is perfect and there is plenty of space, my favorite spaces were the screened in porch and the fire pit in the back was a welcome surprise. The local area has plenty of shopping, restaurants and local beach and boardwalk was beautiful. Communication was perfect and all of our needs were met.. I can not say about what a great experience we had.

Southern charm
The newer house was built with old southern charm. It well apportioned and clean. There were nicer touches like JA Henckels knife set, Crate and Barrel dishes etc.
It was nice to have a few items for the kiddos to play with. The bikes and golf cart were a welcomed addition too.
It would be perfect if it had a pool.
All in all we would stay here again.

Loved the home and location!
This home is decorated absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. Push button fireplace on the chilly nights, 4 porches to enjoy the outdoors and you can hear the church bells play beautiful hymns each day. The location was fantastic. We rode bikes to lunch one day and took the golf cart one morning to breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
