The unit was clean and well maintained. Location was excellent - right on the edge of the pond in Ocean Walk and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in Pier Village.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent- close to downtown and restaurants, yet only about 6 minutes from Walmart, which was very convenient. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond and listening to the fountain. The condo itself was clean, well kept, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.

This place was nice. In a quiet location. The balcony was relaxing by the water. Had comfortable beds and plenty of space for us.What we loved is the walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Not steps away but a short walk away.

Was the perfect getaway! Even better than the pictures, loved the balcony and the water view. Enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The condo was super clean and comfy! Would highly recommend!

Water View is definitely fitting for this property. Cleanliness was top notch. Well taken care of. Close to pool. Minutes from pier, shopping, restaurants. Great communication with host. Absolutely love St Simons and this property will definitely be at the top of list for future stays.

Great place for the location and money!

We stayed here with me my husband our two children under two and my in laws. The location on the property was excellent it was very close to the playground for the toddler and pool! Very short drive anywhere. You could bike but as we had children we did not do that! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager is very communicative and provides excellent detailed information.

Wonderful family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Dave was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We loved the bikes and enjoyed riding them to the pier in the evening. The place is very family friendly. We hope to come back again soon!

In town for a wedding

We loved everything! The property location was perfect and we used to the bikes to get to the beach, shopping, and food. The place was so nice and comfortable with such a pretty view of the pond. The pool was just steps away.I loved the option to check in and check out early and having access to the bikes for a small fee. Communication with David was fantastic.We have already discussed coming back and staying longer at this property!

Short trip…too short!

We had a great stay but far too short. The property was wonderful and we’d stay again. It was a breeze to check in and out. We were so close to the pool which was perfect. The town was picturesque. I hope to be back and stay longer!

Perfect for Friends

The size and location of this property was perfect! Having our own bathrooms and bedrooms was a plus. We loved looking off the balcony at the lake and watching the ducks. We walked to the Village to shop and get in some exercise. I will definitely book this property on my next visit to St. Simons.
