Updated, clean, 2/2 upstairs unit with shady balcony for morning coffee. Next to back pool, well equipped and modern kitchen. Beds are king and two twins. This unit is right next to the back pool for easy access and really close to the Ocean Walk lake.

Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), 2 tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing lovers, and a fully equiped clubhouse with wifi, business center, fittness center and 2 laundry faucilities. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy. The complex is walking distance to the pier/village area with tons of shops and restaraunts and about a mile to the public beach access with plenty of parking.
All Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher in the summer months. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
