We really enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment beneath a beach house. We were able to bring our 30 lb. bernidoodle and she was very comfortable here as well. The location was great as we were w/in walking distance of the beach and some restaurants. I would recommend this place to other vacationers needing just a one bedroom accomodation.

This unit is in the perfect central location while also peaceful and quiet. It is well-appointed. The King bed is superbly comfortable. The layout takes getting used to (finding light switches etc) but the place had everything needed including an ironing board and iron. I must always look more closely though to noticing that a unit has only a microwave and fridge/toaster (no true kitchenette and the only sink is in the bathroom). I'm not sure what zoning is involved but a hot plate or small stove/oven and even a utility sink would make this a unit that I could stay in longer - I always cook. If those changes were made I would come back and stay much much longer! But for short-term stays or folks who plan to enjoy all the wonderful food on SSI, this isn't a blocker. Ample room in fridge for beverages or leftovers. Living room has ample size for guests also. Backyard is really nice to sit in when the sun is out.

Great place but wish for a kitchen sink and a few kitchen tools. The bed was best ever: cozy and quaint. Baseboard and placemat cleaning was missed. Need more kitchen things for a 3 night stay.

The unit is as described. It was clean, with nice furnishings and a bit bigger than I expected. It is a downstairs unit with another above. The location is quiet and walking distance to a few local restaurants. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The village center is a few minutes away by car.

Great host! Very comfortable efficiency bungalow. Just because we didn't pay enough attention, we were surprised that it didn't have a full kitchen. That was a "me" issue, tho. Bed is quite tall, but very comfy. Unit is very clean and well kept. Entrance is off the back patio, which is quite lovely. I can joyfully recommend this efficiency unit to any couple.

Kids Running overhead

The unit was clean, good layout, great place to stay as far as location. Close to beaches and places to eat. The only problem is that the unit over top was geared for families. That means children running over head till near midnight , with no supervision. Just try watching TV or reading. I would love to stay here again but it was just to noisy..

Great Long Weekend

This property had everything we needed for a long weekend without kids. The home was private and clean and we loved the back patio to sit and relax. It’s just a quick walk to the beach and to some of our favorite restaurants. Katie made everything easy and stress free. We hope to return again soon!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me for a few days without our kids. The location was perfect and the stay was very comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The apartment was well stocked for the size. I’m being very picky, but my only complaint is that there wasn’t a space big enough for ice and we didn’t bring a cooler that could store it. Not a big deal at all, and next time we’ll be prepared (because we would totally stay here again!).

Great weekend!

Catherine's place was great, the location is unbeatable. Spacious master bedroom with a Very comfortable bed, and the living room area has a nice kitchenette. Don't forget the patio, perfect perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. We walked almost everywhere from the beach behind the King & Prince, to several great restaurants and just a little farther (or a simple bike ride) to downtown, well worth it!! Catherine responds super quickly to if you have any questions.

Apt review

Apartment was clean and it was in great proximity to the beach (walking). Only issue is parking if the house is being rented at the same time but it worked out. Overall, I would highly recommend. Was spotless and very cozy.
