This is a wonderful duplex style home in the heart of the St. Simons Village for the budget minded. Located at 510 Magnolia, very convenient to shops, restaurants, pier, lighthouse, and Mallory Park.

Very private, fully fenced yard with outdoor screened in gazebo as well as other outdoor seating and small grill. This is attached to 510 Magnolia A.

Features include two bedrooms, one bath, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. Please note, there is no dishwasher.

This residence will accept pets for a $150 non-refundable fee.

510 Magnolia is located within 0.30 miles of tide contingent beach access.

Great location!!

This duplex is directly behind all of the great restaurants on ocean blvd at Mallory street. It’s just steps to any of the great dining, shopping and bars in downtown SSI. That is if you ever leave the unit. It has a great fenced in private patio/deck area with grill and chairs and loungers. The unit itself is very well stocked w useful kitchen supplies and a bookcase of things to read curled up on the couch. There are also board games and jigsaw puzzles. Decorated in shabby chic it’s very comfortable and inviting. One bedroom w king bed and the other w two full beds. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Relaxing Weekend

My husband and I came down for a last minute long weekend get away. We brought our 2 dogs, so the fenced area was a bonus. Everything is in walking distance! We sat on th deck one night and listened to the live music from the Mulletbay Restaurant, who had great food. We spent our day at the beach so the tile floor was great for easy cleanup. Janna was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt in working with us since it was such short notice. Check in and out was a breeze, the property management was very nice and polite and happy to answer any questions. Thanks for allowing us to have a chill, relaxing weekend.
