This is a unbelievable property! Beachview 913 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate wine cooler.
The living/dining room has a large flat screened TV and windows all across the ocean-facing side. This home features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!

NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

Amazing Views, Great Location
This unit was amazing. Very clean and convenient to SSI and several local spots. We didn’t spend time on the beach, but the unobstructed views were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion for improvement would be coded locks for doors to make check in/out a bit more efficient (although the office is convenient and close).

Perfect respite
Relaxing on the porch to the rhythmic sound of the ocean was ideal. When thunderstorms stirred, and I went inside, the large glass windows of the great room still provided a soothing presence of the powerful Atlantic. I can’t imagine a nicer location overlooking the ocean. I wanted a nice break in a long road trip and found it. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I was close to my favorite spot on Saint Simon’s, the lighthouse. I may make it back on my next trip down the coast. I hope to relive the restful moments there.

Incredible place at the beach!
Everything about the place / stay was amazing! Would definitely go back!!!
The house had a lot of space for my family.
The view was awesome from inside and outside of the house. They had everything your need.
There is only two things I disliked.
They had three televisions and only one worked.
There was a wasp nest on the front porch wasp's was flying around so we couldn't enjoy the porch view that much.
