The home is located on the Frederica river and has spectacular sunsets over the marsh and river. This house can sleep up to 8 comfortably or if you have more than that you can rent the house next door (#621843) as well.

This was such a great place for our family to stay. you’d never know you were on busy st simons at this house. it’s tucked away from the traffic and commotion of this island, and you can’t help but unwind and relax. The house is pretty and spacious with a beautiful view.

A group of eight girls stayed in the house, and we really enjoyed it. It was far enough from town that we got to relax and unwind, but it was close enough to take an uber to go out or to run quick errands. It’s a beautiful, spacious house and we would definitely stay again! Very nice owners who were also very helpful and easy to get in contact with as well.

Loved the house and view. Truly spectacular sunsets. Dock was perfect for keeping my boat. Really appreciated the welcoming personal touches and the bread.....it didn't last long! My only recommend would be more comfortable mattresses. Enjoyed the house and will stay here again.
