Located in the far corner of the community this quite townhome is certainly not your average vacation rental. Complete with renovated kitchen & bathrooms and new furnishings throughout. The first floor includes a warm and cozy living and dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and laundry room with on site washer/dryer. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials to make your travel easy and enjoyable. Also located on the first floor is 1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Make your way up the stairs to the second floor to find the additional bedrooms with their own sink areas and a jack-and-jill toilet and shower area. Both floors have a back deck that overlook the marsh with furniture to enjoy the outside area. Enjoy the expansive deck off the first floor and dine al fresco while watching the sunset on the marsh. The Brockinton Marsh Community is a quick bike ride from the Island Retreat shopping center and Red Fern Village, making this a great island getaway!

The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was available.
