Welcome to 1112 Ocean Blvd. a darling, pet friendly, historic cottage within walking distance to shops & restaurants. This classic cottage is well appointed with one large bedroom, two bathrooms and hardwood flooring throughout. Relax in the living room and experience the wood burring fireplace while your group chef enjoys the upscale kitchen space with new appliances. Enjoy the sea breezes on the front patio space while dining alfresco or walk to a local restaurant to include The Crab Trap or The King and Prince.

Oh, and don't forget the fur babies! 1112 Ocean loves house trained, well mannered K9s under 35 pounds. Your fur baby will enjoy the safety of the fully fenced rear yard, but sorry, no felines allowed.

Enjoy Hulu Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable.

Dogs under 35 pounds permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for up to two dogs.

Walking distance to beach and seafood

Great location. Woke up early and ran the back with my dog. Beach is two blocks away. Crab shack is 3-4 blocks away. Loved it.
