Welcome to your peaceful haven in Provence – a charming, traditional Provençal villa set within a beautifully landscaped 1,500 m² garden. Nestled in a quiet residential area, the house is just a 10-minute walk from the vibrant center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, along a lovely footpath that follows the Canal des Alpines.

This family-friendly home is ideal for couples, families or friends seeking relaxation, comfort, and nature. The spacious, fully enclosed garden is perfect for lounging in the sun, letting children play freely, or allowing your pets to roam safely. There are two terraces to enjoy: one shaded, perfect for outdoor meals, and the other open for sunbathing or reading. A barbecue is available for al fresco dinners, and younger guests will enjoy the swings and small playhouse. Private parking is available, along with a garage that houses a washing machine and dryer.

Inside, the villa offers two cozy bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is a bright and spacious master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200). Upstairs, a charming attic-style room includes one queen-size bed and one single bed – ideal for children or a second couple. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and hairdryer, with separate toilet facilities. The large, open-plan living space is perfect for spending quality time together, with a spacious dining area and a comfortable lounge featuring a flat-screen TV, Hi-Fi system, and DVD player.

Très belle villa qui offre le luxe de l'espace dans un cadre paisible et reposant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir laisser la voiture à la villa durant notre séjour, le centre ville est vraiment à deux pas accessible par un joli petit chemin qui longe un cours d'eau. Les sentiers de randonnées sont également accessibles directement depuis la villa, très agréable !Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sylvie, dans une maison très propre et bien entretenue. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. On se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
