Tucked away in a private cul-de-sac, this beautifully renovated 18th-century terraced townhouse offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Fully refurbished in 2021, it provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of town, with shops and restaurants just steps away (U Express – 50m).

Enjoy a landscaped outdoor space of over 100m², featuring a large shaded terrace, a small private pool (5m x 2m) with a safety alarm, and a private parking space right in front of the house. Air conditioning & WiFi for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Washer/dryer, barbecue, and deckchairs for ultimate convenience. Closed garage available on-site (€10/day, subject to availability).
