Situé dans le quartier paisible de la Galine, à la campagne de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, ce grand mas provençal a été entièrement rénové en 2023. Il offre tout le confort moderne tout en conservant le charme et l’authenticité de l’ancien.

Exposé plein sud, le mas bénéficie d’un bel ensoleillement tout au long de la journée. Un magnifique platane situé devant la maison apporte une ombre naturelle très agréable en été. Pour plus de confort, toutes les pièces sont également équipées de la climatisation.

Intérieur

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous découvrirez une immense pièce à vivre de plus de 100 m² comprenant une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, une grande salle à manger ainsi qu’un spacieux salon avec deux très grands canapés pouvant accueillir plus de 10 personnes. Cet espace convivial s’ouvre directement sur une grande terrasse extérieure.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend également :

un WC indépendant

une grande buanderie équipée d’une machine à laver grande capacité (17 kg)

À l’étage, la maison dispose de 4 chambres :
