Walk to Everything, Beach Condo

You'll love this one bedroom condo in the Madeira Beach Yacht Club. 2 pools/jacuzzi, fishing piers, free parking, clubhouse with pool tables, fitness center, car wash area, and patio next to the Intracoastal. Private and quiet. Less than a three minute walk to the world class Madeira Beach, grocery store, dollar store, liquor store, CVS, shops, bars/restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball court, playground. Gas grill with picnic table/umbrella. Condo faces intracoastal, very peaceful.
Contemporary design with all new appliances, luxury linens, upgraded cable and fast Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience with laundry supplies.
-Kitchen has all conveniences including dishwasher (soap for hands, dishes and dishwasher), oven/ceramic cooktop stove, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, pots and pans, cleaning supplies if needed, plates, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, cooking utensils, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, cups, Ziplock bags, Pam, olive oil, condiments, salt and pepper, tea, K-cups, sweetener, and much more. Plenty of empty cabinet space for guests.
-Living area has a sofa with pull-out bed and futon that folds down into a bed. Large ottoman can be used as a footrest, table and storage for games and sofa/futon linens. One side of the ottoman pulls up to be used as a table. Seating bench has additional storage for linens. 2 small round ottomans store a cozy throw, can be used as seats or the top flips over to become a table. The ceiling fan is remote controlled, blinds are room darkening and private. Plenty of floor space for kiddos.
New 50 inch television with upgraded 200+ channel cable, Netflix (you'll need to log-in) and DVD player.
-There is a small dining table in the living area that seats four people. 3 dining chairs are in the living room and 1 is in the bedroom. You'll need to pull the table away from the wall to accommodate all 4 chairs.
-The bedroom has a queen bed with a hybrid medium firm mattress and wonderful linens, pillows and comforter. 8 pillows in the condo should be enough for everyone; also extra linens for all beds. Touch lights on each side of the bed have an outlet and 2 USB ports for easy phone charging. Overhead ceiling fan is remote controlled. There are light blocking blinds and a large closet. 2 drawers on the bottom end of the bed for guest storage and in the closet is a dresser for guest storage, ironing board and iron with spray starch, lint roller, shelving to hang clothes and lots of hangers, some velvet. Also in the closet is another storage cabinet with bath and beach towels and extra linens. You'll find beach necessities, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella/sand screw and rain umbrella, and cooler. Central air/heat wall control is in the bedroom.
-The bathroom has sliding barn door with inside lock, walk in shower with shelves, toilet with extra paper, sink, hand and bar soap, towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and toiletries along with sunscreen, aloe(in case), toothpaste and first aid items. Bathroom cabinet has guest storage.

The patio has a loveseat with cushions and a center table, two additional chairs with a bistro table and 2 small portable seats/tables. A few steps away is your gas grill, next to a picnic table and chairs with an umbrella, all next to the Intracoastal.
The property is a very large condo complex and this condo is at the extreme West end (closest to the beach). When you enter the complex through the gated drive the Clubhouse will be on your left. The condo is to your right, all the way to the end. In the Clubhouse you will find the fitness center, billiard room, jacuzzi and sauna. Next to the clubhouse is the first pool, with the second one a short walk to the east, both are heated and open from 8:30am to 10:00pm. There is a sidewalk next to the Intracoastal that follows the entire complex and leads to fishing piers and beautiful water views. From here you can see boats passing, and the Madeira Beach (Tom Stuart) Causeway with drawbridge. All along the sidewalk are concrete picnic tables with umbrellas and benches for anyone to use. It's not uncommon to see dolphins, manatees, and fish jumping during your walk.
