Very Enjoyable

Overall we had an excellent stay! Great location with a very short walk from the condo to the beach. Nice convenience store across the street and short drive to some very nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing for those that love the beach!

We loved our stay here. The location was amazing. Steps away from the ocean, wonderful sunset watching deck and close to everything you need. The only thing we wished we would of had is a grill. Loved our stay here!

We loved this home it was placed in a beautiful area of the beach. You will enjoy the quietness and also the areas close places to eat and happenings things to do. We will make sure we travel to this home yearly. 5 starts

View is perfection

Our family of 5 adults stayed over holiday and loved this house. The deck was our favorite part and the owners take amazing care to provide everything you need in kitchen. We would love to come back!

Great Flat

Property is directly on the beach. The lanai/covered deck is wonderful to enjoy the view and still be in the shade.

The home was absolutely gorgeous the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The deck was perfect to sit and listen to the ocean. The private beach was quiet even when it was busy. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property!

I can't say enough about this beautiful property...perfect location, perfect sunsets, perfect house, simple and easy check-in process! If I could have one wish, it would have been for an elevator (but that's only because I had major heart surgery-no fault of the place). I would go back in a heartbeat...absolutely perfect!

Our almost favorite beach house!

This is a bit of my past as I have lived in the Tampa area since 1946. We always vacationed on Indian rocks beach! It is a great area a lot of good food. Best beach’s don’t tell anyone. Thanks so much Carmen she went over and above to help us when we neglected to pack several items when coming back home.

Awesome beach house!

It was our 1st time visiting Indian Shores and Tampa and we loved it. We’re definitely coming back. The beach house was perfect. So convenient to have beach access downstairs. We loved having breakfast and taking afternoon naps on the patio/balcony. Our girls fought over the hammock! Yall provided everything we needed for our stay. Thx again!

Beautiful get away

Wife and I stayed here the first week of March. This is an amazing property, literally steps from the beach. We were so relaxed staying here. It’s a quieter part of the beach. There are plenty of things to do if you wish but we preferred to just either sit on the covered deck and listen to the waves or sit on the beach. The condo had everything you could use or need during a stay. Parking was ever so easy . The check in was quite simple and easy. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Paradise

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The house is literally steps away and the deck had the best view you could ever ask for. There was an umbrella and some chairs, boogie boards, etc. to take to the beach, which was helpful. It is on a quiet stretch of beach, not crowded at all. All of the action was just a few minute drive, in either direction. The water was so clear and calm, it truly was paradise. Inside there was sleeping room for 6 and all the kitchen accessories needed. It was a great stay! We will be back!

Great place. Communication was almost non existent. When i booked in Jan I inquired as to if there was a grill. I was told there was. There was not one available. Also, after they got our money couldnt get them to answer messages or texts.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at Village Sands 1A. The house is in the perfect location, it is close to shopping and restaurants. The house is literally steps from the water and the view of the sunset every night from the deck was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. Tons of towels, extra bedding and every piece of cookware you might need. The only downfall was that when we booked, they had listed we would have a outdoor grill which their was not and since this has been removed from the amenities. We were told that we would be allowed to grill if we purchased one. This definitely didn't change our trip. We loved every minute of it and cant wait to go back!
