Beach Place #207 Vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, including updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances. A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day. Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom and second guestroom are both spacious with two queen sized beds and adjoining bathrooms, and offer plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Nice- But

The location was ideal, the views were gorgeous, the condo was nice but the overall facility needed a refresh. It felt pretty dated. Maintenance was a bit lacking and don’t get me started on the trash bags they leave you. Good place to stay if your expectations are realistic.

Lovely location

Location of property was perfect and amenities in unit were great! It was so easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants and water sports! The only feedback I would have for others is that the pool was quite noisy all day right below the balcony. I would choose another unit overlooking the parking lot rather than the pool next time.

This is the perfect spot!

We just returned from a week at this property and hated to leave. The view was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The property was very well maintained and everything it was promised to be and more. We loved the extra security of having to have key codes to get in the elevator, pool, and beach access. We loved watching the boats go in and out of the channel right next door and the convenience of having John's Pass and all of its food options right across the street. We had plenty of room for the four of us and could have been comfortable with more people. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out procedures a breeze. We never heard noise from any of our neighbors. We can't imagine staying anywhere else next time!

Nice Condo- Kitchen was well stocked- balcony was perfect. Nice to have assigned parking. The beach was beautiful- the office staff is very helpful, had a lot of tips about the beach. Made vacation easy.

Was a great place to stay!

Overall the condo was great. Only a couple issues .. the “queen” bed in the 3rd bedroom was really a “full” size bed. Very hard for 2 grown adults to sleep comfortably. Also- was a bit “stuffy” in condo. Could definitely benefit from some ceiling fans! We ended up buying 2 fans and leaving them there (couldn’t take home on plane). But condo was clean, roomy, and convenient! I would stay here again!

Location was good. Beach access and pool. Right across from John Pass Village

Room overall was good. Plenty of room. Nice to have full kitchen and stocked. Laundry in room. Location was across the street from many restaurants and shopping. Directly on beach. Room is due for some remodeling. One bed had a very noticeable slant. Bed spreads need replaced. Some outlets in bedroom didn't work. Outlets in one bathroom were worn out and needed replaced. Items plugged in would litteraly fall out while in use. Pool was nice for a break from salt water. BBQ grills available. Overall stay was good.
