Violations (noise, parties, unauthorized guests, etc.) may result in fines up to $1,000 or immediate cancellation of your stay.

A noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

For safety, exterior cameras (Ring doorbell & side entrances) monitor outdoor areas only. No cameras inside the home.
