The kitchen is complete with all the tools you'll need to prepare a meal, a bar top table for dining and workspace, bathroom with a step-less/no curb shower. Jim and Kathy are fantastic

I would give Jim and Kathy a 10-star rating if i could. There was a mishap that almost made our stay impossible (no fault of anyone!) but Jim went to great lengths to accommodate. They both were kind, patient, great listeners. We are immensely grateful!

St Pete Beach Paradise

I can’t believe I found such a hidden gem a month before spring break during spring break. A very beautiful properly maintained Small 70s style hotel with a kidney shaped pool with a fountain in the middle. The owners were very cordial accommodating and the room had everything we wanted. I definitely am going to book here again
