The room was clean but extremely overpriced. The home and property were unkept, with high grass, poor parking, and a rickety staircase to the room. Maybe I didn't understand the term studio, but in my opinion, this is a $30 room. It certainly shouldn’t be priced comparable to local motel rates. Once we saw the room in person we decided not to stay. I texted the host to let them know of our disappointment and that we would not be staying, and any refund would be appreciated but never heard a word. My wife and I are seniors and unable to climb the stairs multiple times per day. We revisited the listing and believed it was a bit deceiving. I never thought Vrbo and Expedia would support this type of practice. I read and understood that unless I cancelled x number of days before my stay that I would not get a refund, but I could not make that decision until I saw the property. Buyer beware.

The pictures did not show that you had to claim a flight of stairs on the outside to get into the room and the stairs needed to be repaired or at the very least replaced the railing was really loose. Not a very safe situation. The property was nice. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bedsheets. Luckily, my wife had brought some clean sheets from home which we used after removing the ones that were on the bed.
