Snowbird Paradise! -Newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo with spectacular water views
Looking for snowbirds who want to experience living in Clearwater Beach paradise. This is a midterm rental available for a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 7 between the months of October and April. This spacious 1450sf condo is a first floor newly remodeled unit offering breathtaking water and sunset views. Everything in the unit is brand new. You can experience water views from the living room, master bedroom, and, kitchen. Do you want to see dolphins, stingrays, manatees, sea otters? They are daily occurrences here. All the marine life pics listed were taken from our unit (videos available upon request). And enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck outside the unheated pool.
Skiff Point condos is a 12 unit building that’s an 8 minute walk to Publix, 10 minute walk to Island Way Grill and their world famous Sunday Brunch, and a 6 minute drive to Pier 60 and the country’s most beautiful beaches. You will have your own designated parking space 20 feet from the front door.
Potential renters will be required to fill out a lease application which will need to be approved by our board and pay a 1/2 month security deposit which will be fully refundable at the end of the lease. Please don’t hesitate in contacting us with any questions.
