Great stay with a big group. It was right on the beach and they had sand toys and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

Fantastic stay on the beach. Enjoyed barefoot beach walks every morning at low tide. Weather was perfect. The place is very nice and had what we needed for the 11 of us. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for everyone. Cooked almost all of our meals. Close to John’s Pass for shopping. Eating places close by. Highly recommend this comfortable place for a gathering of several people. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely home and wonderful beaches!!

We spent the month of January at this very comfortable and beautiful home. Traveled with my daughter and son in law along with my sister and our two dogs. So nice to be able to bring our well behaved furry babies along!!! That was so appreciated even though they were not allowed on the beaches. There was a small are off the back patio we were able to at least throw frisbees and nice neighborhood to walk as welll overall a wonderful trip!!

Great location and Home

We really enjoyed the location of the house. The beach was not overloaded. There were some great restaurants. I highly recommend salt rock grill, and seabreeze. Surf shops close by. Home had alot of space and many items have been left behind for the beach.. chairs, umbrellas, tents, buckets, wagon ect beach towels were available and basics salt pepper spices ect we were very comfortable and enjoyed this home.

Family vacation

This family-oriented vacation rental is conveniently located near various dining establishments. The rental appears to be well-maintained and offers ample space. It features three balconies with stunning ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cookware for preparing most meals. Additionally, there is a spacious deck on the ground floor with a grill and an adjoining recreation room with a pool table and foosball table for those seeking respite from the sun. I would certainly consider returning with my family.

House Keeping cutting Corners

Property was generally as advertised, beach location is very good. Start up supplies for quests were sparse and absolutely of lowest quality. All hand soap dispenser bottles at each sink had been topped off with water. In a post covid environment this fundamental disregard for sanitary standards is simply unacceptable. The grill was gross, had large chunks of burnt meat and fish, it had not been touched. Lower level game room specifically the pool table should not be advertised as playable. Felt is full of holes and torn, siderails are bare with chunks of cushion dropping unto the surface, there is cardboard propped up under some of the legs supporting a completely unlevel table. Slidding doors and screens doors very hard to open or close. Game room smells of stale musty air. Kitchen was ok, beds were comfortable, no operating sound system in the home. TV's worked but basically cable channels were not accessible. We booked this home looking forward to playing pool in the evenings as several of us play regularly. I would not recommend this place and regret booking it.

Our Happy Place!

Luxurious, spacious, clean, and a great location all rolled up to create a very special vacation experience for us. The furniture, including beds, were comfortable and clean. There are many great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend that everyone try Sweet Sage. We did not want to leave and we look forward to staying here again.
