Located right across the street from the beach access, situated on the intercoastal waterway and just steps away from many restaurants and shopping. Our property features a large heated pool and lots of space around the pool deck for sunbathing or just relaxing. The Tiki table is a favorite of everyone when they visit the property as it gives you the Island feel. BBQ grill just by the pool deck for afternoon cookouts and a large table to accommodate food prep and eating.
Studio room with 2 Double beds, Flat Screen TV, tub/shower, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Sleeps 1-4 guests comfortably. This room features a Gulf of Mexico view, pool and Intercoastal waterway view from the balcony.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchens, washing machines, and balconies are also standard.

The property is easy in and easy out. We experienced no issues whatsoever. Staff is attentive, cooperative and accommodating. It's an older hotel, with older issues, all minor, like a dripping tub..so what! or a slow tub drain, again so what! none of this should bother anyone as the price of the room certainly reflects these probabilities. Matt, the host and manager is on site daily and access to him is easy and pleasant. The location is great. Access to the beach is easy, restaurants easy, Tampa and downtown easy. The pool was clear and very nice. You will hear some laughter and hoops and hollers into the night but again, so what, its everyone's vacation, join in or close the doors and go to sleep, Nice property at a fair rate. Can't ask for more than that.
