Nothing spectacular. Just an average home in an OK neighborhood. Traffic from street behind doesn't allow for sleeping in a raft in the pool.

We enjoyed a few days of FL relaxation and appreciated the amount of space and listing accuracy of this home. The pool was great with no smelly or harsh chemicals. If you do stay here, the kitchen is minimally stocked so you may want to bring all the cooking basics (oil, spices, ground coffee - there’s no keurig, condiments, etc.). This was a very nice home to vacation in. We have no complaints and my daughter loved the little lizards.

Good space for family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout of 2 bedrooms on each side of the house was good, although you go through the master bedroom to get to the master bathroom - but we made that work with our older kids. The dining room was perfect for meals at home, and the two living rooms meant that we had two spaces for when some of us wanted to watch a movie and some wanted to read. Definitely lots of room for a family. Great kitchen layout. Could use a better coffee maker. When we had some issues, the manager was good about addressing them. We thought the pool and patio could have been cleaner. The location is very close by to area airports, movies, and shopping.

Getaway

House was exactly as described. We enjoyed are stay very much. It was a very nice neighborhood. Pool was great! Only problem was one lamp in living room when turned on would flicker I think bulb was bad. Didn’t have any effect on vacation. Would definitely recommend this property. Hopefully will will get a chance to return again sometime in the future.

Review

Great house with a great location to restaurants. Beach is 25-45 minute drive, depending on traffic. Home was very comfortable and had a lot of room to move around and have your own space. House is split into two wings which is nice for large families or two groups. House came with tons of pool toys and noodles, beach chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella and tons of sand toys. Host was very responsive and sent reminders/updates on time and as needed. Only comment was that the listing states a hot tub but there is not a hot tub at all on the property. Overall a fantastic stay for our 10 day trip. Would stay again the next time we are in town.

Beautiful sizeable cozy home

The home itself was large with lots of rooms. Two living rooms were nice for when our little one needed to break away from the big kids and watch something of their own. Both living rooms had newer Smart TVs. The kitchen was decently stocked although bring your own favorite pan as the provided ones weren’t up to our standards. The pool was refreshing and fun to hang in and around. The host was responsive when any issues came up and were resolved quickly. There is a Thai restaurant with great food within walking distance (5 min walk) and a Publix at the same intersection (10 min walk). Overall very happy that we stayed here. It was a relaxing weekend away.

Comfortable stay

Accommodations were appropriate. House could used artwork, decor, and more baking pans. The temperature was cold and owner never gave us the passcode to make house warmer. All in all it was pleasant for Christmas with family.

Great Location

Ashley was very responsive and the house was great. The pictures does not do it justice. The location was excellent as we were in walking distance of a few local & chain eateries. The neighborhood was quaint & quiet. This is definitely on our list to return to next year.
