Only 19 minutes from Tampa International Airport and a short 14 minute drive to our beautiful white sand beaches! If the sand is not your thing, take advantage of the year-round heated pool located directly across from the building! There is a lot to do nearby, making it easy to find something to suit everyone’s tastes!
This condo is centrally located to everything within the Clearwater/St. Pete/Tampa area; popular tourist attractions, beautiful white sand beaches, amazing restaurants, and just a short drive to Busch Gardens, Disney World, and Universal Studios!
It sits off of the road in the back of the neighborhood in a quiet, park-like setting.
