The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right in front of the building and runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater for a minimal fee - children eight and younger ride free.

The spacious, updated interior comes complete with all the comforts of home. Strong natural lighting and all-new furnishings welcome casual downtime in the living area, with a smart TV for family entertainment. Gorgeous counters and matching backsplash shine in the full kitchen, well-appointed with everything you need for home cooking. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table. The breezy screened balcony is ideal for morning coffee, happy hour hosting, or even alfresco dining. Your vacation home also features a convenient work desk with built-in electric and USB plugs in case you'd like to catch up on remote work.
