This fully furnished, 7th floor 2/2 includes use of the two private, heated pools, grilling area facing the water, tennis courts and community center. Laundry area on each floor. Secured building entry. 55 and over community. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

A SLICE OF HEAVEN

Communication was easy and accessable at all times. Excellent accommodations, including 2 fabulous pools, multiple grills, pickleball courts, tennis courts and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful views. This property was close and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and McGough park. As bicycle riders, we were able to explore many areas, from Largo to St. Petersburg via the Pinellas Trail and all of the communities along Gulf Blvd. Spacious enough to have family and friends visit with beautiful decor and amenities.
