The stay was fine I didn’t like that we only had a few towels for our stay for The whole week. We had to wash everyday. We also found a syringe on the floor and beach chairs would have been nice. Not enough seating in the tv area

This was a really good property. Beach access and inland water view were great. Large balcony. Easy check in. Great spot To stay. We will stay here again.

Just ok......

Disappointed in this hotel. The condo was sufficient for us but the furniture was worn and there were loads of finger prints on tv, wall switches and refrigerator wasn't clean. Area didn't have a lot of options for things to do or food. Seems to not have recovered from hurricane but beach was just a short walk accross the street.

Check in is easy. Staff is friendly. Resort is clean. Views are beautiful with a big balcony. Some construction going on around the resort but it was quiet at night. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

The property was not clean, the shower curtains with mold and the floors were sticky. My daughter refused to use the shower. The toaster had a visible layers of dust. The whole condo smelled very bad, so not recommend, this ruined our trip and the overall impression of the area.

Nice property with both bay front and oceanfront options. Lots of room, 2 br suites. The main issue was the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon checkin, room smelled sour which was due to both shower curtains being dirty, they were quickly replaced. Also, there was a general dinginess on the counters and floors throughout and well as the lighting fixtures. Otherwise, nice roomy rooms and beautiful views.

The view is gorgeous and the suite was spacious, which would have caused me to give a higher rating, except I'm allergic to dogs and this is a pet friendly hotel. I do not have allergic reactions in clean places, however, 10 minutes in bed and my throat and eyes swelled up. I also found a dog toy in the closet which l suspect means a dog recently stayed in the room and it was not thoroughly cleaned between guests. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told hotel was fully booked and I could not be moved. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to change the sheets myself and maybe that would help. Other negatives include low quality soap, shampoo and coffee and chipped dishes. That said, there were plenty of other dishes and cooking utensils to use.

The place was nice for the price…the beds were not great, but not horrible. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and there’s a balcony with a view. The pull out couch was not comfortable, but my son slept on that. Overall nice place and area!

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We love the location. We stay on the Gulf side and the view is spectacular. The units feel clean, airy and modern. I had minimal contact with staff but checkin and out was smooth

Check in is on the second floor and is very easy. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Condo and room was very clean. Our room faced the marina. Close to Johns Pass for shopping. Beach is across the street and Publix is just down the road.
