Great little bungalow-very convenient beach access

This place was one of the most convenient I’ve stayed at that was pet friendly. The beach access was just a few steps away. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood…but within walking distance to several nice restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

Great stay!

The property was very clean and everything looked brand new. The place was right across the street from the beach which was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and made sure everything was going great. It was our first time staying in Sunset Beach and we will definitely be back!

Great Stay Right Across from Beach

We picked this spot because it is literally right across the street from our favorite beach spot in the St. Pete area. Stayed with our college aged daughter. Location was perfect for us. Literally able to walk back and forth from the beach all day to get drinks, etc. Nice updated space. Not huge but definitely comfortable for the three of us. We cooked quite a bit including using the grills around the pool area. Publix is just a short 5 minute drive away. If beach bar scene is your vibe, Caddy’s is just a 10 minute walk down the beach, I liked that all of the units pretty much have their own outdoor grill space. This is a nice quaint group of rental cottages. The other guests were polite and was quiet at night. We’d definitely stay again especially for the proximity to the beach and the reasonable price for the location.

The property was very well maintained and convenient to the beach restaurants and shops. Easy dedicated parking. Transaction through VRBO/Expedia was a little less than smooth. I would come back next time in the area.

A weekend getaway

The Blue Waters property is located directly across from the Treasure Island beach. Although the area is busy with locals and tourists during the day, the quiet quaint area remains inviting! My two bedroom one bath bungalow was immaculate and updated with modern touches. I felt safe and comfortable and my large dog, Cody loved the dog beach on the inner coastal strip just down the road. I appreciated the privacy that Blue Waters respects and the wonderful communication between the property owner and myself. Thank you, Blue Waters!

Exceeded expectations!

Bungalow was just as described. Nice, clean bungalows with pool, washer and dryer access, full kitchen, comfortable rooms, with nice storage space and designated parking. Literally straight across from beach, which was within walking distance of bar and grill and shopping. Fireworks all along the coast during our stay. Good fishing and snorkeling at the beach access. Large snook caught right there and found 26 sand dollars in just a couple hours. Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Owner is currently making even more improvements and renovations. Highly recommend.
