Peaceful Paradise 2 - 5 min from beaches
Completely renovated beach condo ready and waiting for you to enjoy. This one bedroom, one bathroom first floor condo is in a clean and quiet gated community. The property features mature trees, a lovely salt water pool, tennis court, shuffle board, Weber grills, gym, a clubhouse and plenty of parking. The front door of this unit is conveniently located just a few steps from the parking lot and is one of the most private units in the community. It backs up to a grassy common area that does not face any neighbors. Once inside the unit, you will be greeted by a beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, a two seat breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster and all the kitchen essentials you will need for your stay. Right off of the kitchen is a utility closet with a washer and dryer. In the living room, you will find a 65 inch Samsung QLED wall mounted flat screen TV, a comfortable couch with a pull out queen mattress inside. The dining area has a four seat table with easily foldable extensions for a larger table. In the bedroom there is a heavenly queen bed to rest your head after a long day at the beach. The bedroom has a walk in closet to store your suitcases and vacation wardrobe. You will also find a large canopy you can bring with you to the beach. Attached to the bedroom is the large full bathroom with gorgeous hexagonal tile floors, a vanity with tons of storage, a combination tub and shower with hand held shower head for easy post beach clean up. Hair dryer with diffuser attachment is also provided along with plenty of extra large bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels. Off of the dining area there is a cozy all season porch - perfect for morning coffee and relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. This is your peaceful paradise.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Host response to issues was very quick. Location great for access to bike trail, restaurants and shopping. Condo furnished with everything needed. Busy fire station a block away with sirens night and day. Keeping windows shut and curtains drawn helped some.

Everything as promised. Clean. Very well supplied private unit. Entire family felt welcome both in the unit and throughout the property. Unit & Grounds beautifully maintained. Pool both heated and sparkling! Owner very responsive and respectful. Great experience.
