Great home for our families vacation in Clearwater. Wonderful layout, spacious and clean. Clear check in/out instructions and quick response with any minor questions we had. Really enjoyed our time there!

Amazing place and host!

Fantastic place to stay and Colleen is an A host. She was super communicative and responsive for two minor tech issues we had during our stay and helped us resolve them quickly. The space is amazing, great views, lots of space to relax indoors and outdoors and close to all. Will definitely be back!

Vacation stay

Overall the place was nice it was our second year in a year staying there but had some issues with the YouTube tv was logged out on 3 tv’s, no beach chairs, toilet seat was broken, toilet paper that was there was the worst paper I ever used so make sure you bring your own with you. The Property Manager did handle everything but I shouldn’t have to call when I get there to get these problems fix this all should have been handled before we have arrived especially for the price we paid for the week.

Perfect for us!

We stayed here as part of a larger family gathering. Four families rented places in this condo so we could all be close and share the same pool. It was fabulous. Beautiful, spacious accommodations with everything we needed - including beach towels! Our AC was not working when we arrived and Colleen responded immediately to my text and took care of it! While having morning coffee on the balcony we saw dolphins swimming by several times! Close to the beach and boardwalk. Keurig coffee maker and enough pods for the first few days was greatly appreciated too.

The best stay

We enjoyed this house very much. Short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful patio views and plenty of space. Will be staying here again for sure!

Highly Recommend!

We could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful unit. Not even two hurricanes kept our hosts from welcoming us into a gleaming, wonderfully appointed space. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - and more. We appreciated the special touches like large, fluffy beach towels, beach chairs, floats, and more. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the views were lovely. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the frequent updates from the owner after the hurricane and for their hard work and diligence in getting the unit ready for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Great stay in Clearwater

Excellent property and location! Clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed! Great for families with young children as the house had baby gates, high chairs and pack n plays available for use. Easy walk to the beach! Complex has a quiet pool with great views. Using the boat dock was convenient and easy. Could see dolphins from the balcony every day! Great stay, would definitely recommend

We were a family of 9 that stayed in this property. It is a beautiful place, with lots of room for everyone. Not sure if it is newly built or just renovated. Everything was top quality. Very clean. Walking distance, 5 minutes to beach. Property manager Colleen was great. Responded quickly to my messages and phone call. Highly recommend this place and would rent it again.

Memorial service to Mom

We stayed during our trip down for memorial service of our mother and the condo was perfect. We had enough room for all and easy access to all grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Forlini”s and ask for Peter! He took great care of our group. The condo is excellent and is even nicer than the pictures. Recommend for all ages and families. Great place.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. The house itself is stunning, very modern and spacious. We had 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our host provided plenty of towels and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. There is even beach equipment that is available for guests to use. Overall, a fabulous place to book for a relaxing trip in Clearwater!

Perfect for Family

Beautiful property and exactly what the listing details. Colleen was very helpful and answered messages even late at night. Normally we stay on beach front but wanted to try something different and glad we did the stay was phenomenal and the entire Family was happy with vacation. Don’t bring beach chairs, floats wagons etc cause she had it all in garage which made short trip to beach easy daily. Will stay again if we come to Florida next summer.

Beautiful property with amazing view on the marina, beach walking distance (savd us $20-30 per day on beach parking), easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and CMA. Really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater. Colleen is a great host, communication was clear and easy.
