We had such a nice time at the townhouse! The property is very clean and cozy and the direct beach access is unbeatable. We are extremely picky about rentals and were very happy with this property. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was phenomenal and the beach pristine. Amber went out of her way to communicate with us before and during our trip, to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was great, meticulously decorated, with everything easy to access. Anything you might need was there. We loved every minute. The only thing that may need to be addressed is the sliders were very heavy and somewhat hard to open.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely! Amber was an amazing host, very responsive, friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the first inquiry. The property is stunning and a clean/neat-freak’s dream!! I have not stayed in a property that has been this well kept and equipped before, everything was high quality, clean, and tidy! So many extra little details were attended to for convenience and comfort - true luxury!! Can’t wait to return!

The Beach House was the perfect base for our excursions. It is high quality and fully equipped - we always looked forward to coming back and enjoying the beach in front of the house after our excursions. Many thoughtful details have been thought of to make the stay very comfortable. The parking space in the house is a great advantage. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

Relaxing beach stay

Quiet condo away from bustle. Owners were very communicative and responsive to questions. Place was very clean, perfect to retreat to when the beach gets hot! Balcony and patio were super cute and relaxing. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Family beach trip

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 3 nights. The pictures actually don't do justice to the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a comfortable and easy stay. It was perfect for our family with two toddlers who loved all the beach toys and toys in the home. They really have thought of everything. We hope to return in the near future!

This was the most relaxing space for a much needed girls trip! It was stocked with everything needed, was super clean, and the beds were comfy. The best part was the beachfront…plenty of chairs and a table all ready to just sit, gab, and enjoy until sunset.

This house is absolutely amazing! We have never stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked. I couldn't believe the amenities!! Amber was so responsive to all questions and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. We would highly recommend this home.

Post hurricane getaway!

Amazing stay! Amber and Tim were an amazing hosts! Place was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Love Indian rocks! Walked to cafes and restaurants! Most importantly walked down the steps to the beach! Loved the place and can’t wait to go back! Thank you both!

Wonderful place for our family vacation!

Great location very convenient to the beach which made it easy with the kids and transporting beach chairs, etc. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this VRBO for its location, amenities and friendly owners.

The Perfect Beach House

From the moment I booked to when we checked out, it couldn't have been a more perfect stay. The hosts did a great job of communicating and were always available if we needed anything. The accommodations are wonderful - a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and an all around well furnished and super clean home. I don't think we have ever stayed as close to the beach. It is literally steps to the most beautiful beach and there is even a beach closet with anything you could need for the beach. We had the most relaxing vacation filled with lifetime memories. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this again when we come down to Indian Rocks. Thank you Amber & Tim for sharing your amazing beach house with us!

Loved our stay!

What a great location! We loved walking right out onto the super soft beach. They provided everything we needed for the beach. Condo was nicely appointed and VERY clean! We were only there for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer… maybe next time!! We had a rainy forecast for the main day of our stay and they were kind enough to let us check in a little early to enjoy the beautiful weather on checkin day! They recommended a few great restaurants within walking distance, which was great! Overall - highly recommend! :)

Paradise

This place felt like Paradise. The view was breathtaking. The host was wonderful. She thought of everything from beach supplies to laundry soap.We had the most amazing time. It was expensive but worth it. The only issue that I had was that I spent almost 3 thousand for a 4 night stay and was asked to replace white sheets that had a small stain from my daughter. I find it hard to believe that bleach wouldn't get the stain out. There is nothing worse than getting home from vacation to hear that you're being charged more money for damages that could have easily be taken care of.
