Easy check in process. Condo was good for our stay. Location is good for us. Plenty to walk to for shops or restaurants. 2nd time in this particular building, 1st time in this condo. Overall a good trip.

Beautiful unit. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location with easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops at John’s Pass. Friendly check in and appreciated being notified the unit was ready earlier than expected. 10 am check out is a little early though.

Great location

Very dirty floors, rusty beach chairs and cooler. Great location, a little to small for 4 adults and 2 kids. I wouldn’t recommend for a large group, perfect for a family of 4. Cleaning can be much better, the floors were filthy when we arrived. Pool area needs supervision, there were people with glass beer bottles and smoking inside the pool while kids were playing. They were drunk so nobody said anything, a supervisor would be great!

Could a been better...

We enjoyed our stay to a point. We noticed some things were in disrepair and the floors were dirty. We hit the beach and John's Pass the first couple days and on the third day we notice a chair was broken. I called the main office to report the chair, as well as the dirty floors, loose toilet, and noisy fan. They said they would let somebody know. We continued to enjoy the beach and did some short trips and never heard anything else. We checked out and went home New Year's eve. On New Year's day, I received notice that I had been charged $200.00, for a broken chair...the one that I had reported. Called the office multiple times trying to speak to someone and kept being told someone would call me back. I finally called back and spoke with a manager from our building and was told they had no record of me reporting anything and nothing could or would be done. Great location but would not recommend this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Medeira beach. The condo has high ceilings giving it a larger feel. The condo could have been cleaned better particularly the floors but it wasn’t too bad. Beds were very comfortable. There is no water pressure & that’s probably the worse thing about the place. They left condiments, etc, which was nice!! They provided fans too which was great! Ceiling fans in a couple of rooms too. Awesome location.

Perfect location

We had a multigenerational family weekend with teens, parents and grandparents. This condo was the perfect spot for us as a home base when we all wanted to do different things. We could walk to the beach, walk to shops and restaurants or walk back to the condo for a nap. It’s well maintained. Our only confusion was where to go when we arrived and where to park. So the check in instructions could use a little polishing in that regard. Otherwise everything works great.

Great Location

The property was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basic amenities. A short walk across the street to get to the beach.

Great beach retreat!!!

Our stay was everything we could have asked for in a 3 day family getaway. Very clean and kitchen is well equipped, although we ate out and just made coffee in the morning. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was convenient and close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Only drawback is no beach chairs or beach towels provided so you need to bring your own. Also a rather significant negative is you only get 1 small roll of toilet tissue (poor quality) per bathroom. No tissues and only a thin sliver of bath soap. Be prepared to supply your own. The website calls it “starter” supplies. So all in all a great place to stay and enjoy the sand and sun.

Great location but in need of updating

First, the positives: the location is terrific and the management company worked with us when we needed to extend our dates due to a flight cancelation. The unit is adequate but very small for four people. It is difficult to navigate the furniture in the living area and tough to seat a family of four at the table without rearranging. We had problem with the air conditioning, which was repaired by maintenance without a problem. The shower heads really need replaced, as does some of the kitchen equipment. The furniture is also showing some wear. Clock on the wall wasn't working. Overall, the place just needed a little attention. With a little love, it could be great.

Great Place! Great Location!

Everything about this place was great. You are stumbling distance from a super cool tiki bar that has great entertainment and not far away from the shops. I will say the only thing that struck me as strange was there wasn't a light in the master shower area. So all I can say is bring a light if you want privacy in the shower.

Great location

The condo was good. Sleeping arrangements were fine for the 6 of us but the rooms themselves are very small along with the common areas. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we were hardly in the condo. The beach access is directly across the street which made it very easy with the kids. Johns Pass is only a 2 minute walk from the building. Lots of little shops and restaurants that had live music every time we went. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Great Location

Overall, a great stay. Super convenient location, across the street from the beach and a short walk to St John’s Pass. Good set up for our group and has all the necessities. Only part that could have improved our stay was the housekeeping (sandy floors, thick caked on dust on floor fans, hair all over both shower walls, pooled water on stacked plastic plates in cupboards, etc). Would stay here again.

Perfect for our short break

The apartment is very close to John’s Pass and the beach is just over the road. Lovely decor and nice view over the Marina. The pool was closed for our stay which was disappointing but it’s being renovated, along with a new restaurant.
